什么是代理：

您把我们的商品上传到您的FACEBOOK，网站，博客或论坛等等可以销售商品的地方。顾客和您下单付款后，您到BE A DOLL FASHION网站帮您的顾客下单，然后付款给我们。您可以选择让我们代您发货或您自己自行发货给您的顾客。

代理的条件：

清楚的了解我们BE A DOLL FASHION的所有条规与资料。

具有回复顾客的疑问的能力，并能处理自己顾客的问题。能自己帮顾客检查包裹状态。

如何加入成为代理：

首先必须支付RM50升级成为代理会员的会员费。（一次性付款，无法退款会员费）

付款后，请根据下面的申请系统填写所需资料。

成为代理的优惠：

1. 享有代理优惠价格，折扣从15%－20%*起。（您本身可以自定义销售价，不过价格不可低于我们BE A DOLL FASHION网站的销售价格。）

2. 全场现货，实物拍摄，让您买得放心，卖得开心。

3. 提供代发货服务，您无需担心没有时间发货。（由于我们的公司和SKYNET有合约，所以发货单必须有我们公司的名称。如果是使用POSLAJU那就无需有我们公司的名称）

4. 提供下载ZIP打包图片，无需一张张慢慢拷贝，省时省功省时间。（提供无水印图片或你可选择有本公司子公司的水印图片，以便认证你是本公司的认证代理）

5. 没有限制，一件或一样商品都可下单与发货。

6. 长期成为认证代理后，你将有机会到本公司上班任职或升级成为你所在州属的总代理，一个州只会有一位总代理。（30%－50%*）

代理业绩奖金：

如果一个月的销售业绩可以达到RM1000，我们将给予RM50奖金做为奖励。

如果一个月的销售业绩可以达到RM2000，我们将给予RM100奖金做为奖励。

如果一个月的销售业绩可以达到RM3000，我们将给予RM150奖金做为奖励。

如果一个月的销售业绩可以达到RM4000，我们将给予RM200奖金做为奖励。

如果一个月的销售业绩可以达到RM5000，我们将给予RM300奖金做为奖励。

代理会员必须注意事项：

1. 商品是先到先得为准，所以如果万一商品出现缺货，代理会员们需要自己想办法向你们的顾客交代，看是否是要退款还是更换其它商品。

2. 订单退款只能通过银行转账的方式退款，不提供包裹里面退现款。

3. 如果三个月内无法达到RM300的总合业绩，我们将先做出警告，连续三个月都未满RM300我们将取消您的代理会员资格。如果要再成为代理，那就必须再支付RM50会员费咯。

4. 代理们无法享用7天无理由退换货，这政策只给予我们本身BE A DOLL FASHION的网站顾客。

5. 目前只提供衣服和包包代理，其它商品日后陆续增加。

WHAT IS AGENTS:

1. You upload our products to your FACEBOOK, WEBSITE, BLOG or FORUM, etc.

2. When customer make order with you, you help your customer to make order in BE A DOLL FASHION website, and then pay the money to us.

3. You may choose to send the parcel to your customer by your own or you may request us to help you send the parcel to your customer.

AGENTS CONDITION：

1. Must know and understand all the rules and information of BE A DOLL FASHION.

2. Must able to reach RM300, 3 month total order amount target.

3. Agents must have the ability to respond and handle their own customer's problem. Can able to help customers check their package status.

HOW TO BECOME AGENTS:

1. First, agent have to pay RM50 membership fee to upgrade to become Agent Member ( One-Time Payment, Membership Fee Not Refundable )

2. After you have make your RM50 payment, please follow the below instruction to send all the required information.

AGENTS ADVANTAGES:

1. Enjoy Agent Discount Price, discount start from 15%-20% * onwards.

( You can customize your own selling price, but the price can not lower than BE A DOLL FASHION website selling price.)

2. All Ready Stock, Actual Photo Display, Free Postage for West Malaysia over Puchase of RM100.

3. Provide Shipping Services, no need to worry about packaging, shipping and other problems. 

( Our company and SKYNET have a contract, so the shipping invoice must have the name of our company. If you are using POSLAJU, then it doesn't require to have our company name on the shipping invoice )

4. ZIP package picture available for direct download, you didn't require to one by one copy the photo, save time. 

( You may choose to use original without watermark picture or you may choose picture that have our Sub Company Watermark for certification you are certify agent of our company )

5. No order limitation, one item also can be posted.

6. Once you become our long term Certify Agent, you will have the opportunity to work at our main office or upgrade to the main distributor of your state.

( Each state will only have one agent, discount start from 30%-50%* discount )

AGENTS PERFORMANCE BONUS:

If one month sales up to RM1000, we will give RM50 bonuses as incentives.

If one month sales up to RM2000, we will give RM100 bonuses as incentives.

If one month sales up to RM3000, we will give RM150 bonuses as incentives.

If one month sales up to RM4000, we will give RM200 bonuses as incentives.

If one month sales up to RM5000, we will give RM300 bonuses as incentives.

AGENTS MUST KNOW:

1. Our item is on First Come First Serve Basis, so if there is a case of out of stock, agents need to self explain to your customers either to change to other item or apply for refund.

2. We only can refund to a Bank Account, we do refund through parcel.

3. If agent cannot reach our 3 month RM300 total order amount target, we will give warning. If still no improvement, your agent member will be canceled. If you would like to become agent again in the future, you may need to pay the RM50 membership fees again.

4. 7 Days Return Policy is not applicable for agent program.

5. In the meanwhile, we only provide CLOTHES and BAGS for agent, more items will be added in the future.
