DEAR BE A DOLL FASHION MEMBER,
BALANCE ONLY ABLE TO REFUND TO MAYBANK ACCOUNT (WE DO NOT REFUND TO OTHER BANK ACCOUNT), user that apply for refund must have a MAYBANK ACCOUNT. Other Bank Account will not be able to refund to your bank account, it will be credited to your MEMBER ACCOUNT for use on your next purchase.
Minimum Requirement to apply for Balance Refund is RM5, below RM5 will not be able to refund to your bank account, it will be credited to your MEMBER ACCOUNT for use on your next purchase.
REFUND DETAIL: ACCOUNT NAME | ACCOUNT NUMBER | BANK NAME | TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT
Start from 14/12/2009 onwards, we do not refund the balance together with the parcel anymore, due to we need to have a clear refund record for income tax purpose.
Refund Time Frame 2-3 Working Days.

余额退款只限退回给于MAYBANK银行户口(其它银行一率无法退款),申请余额退款者需有MAYBANK银行户口。其它银行都无法进行退款至银行户口,所以将把余额存放在您的会员账号里,以供下次购物时使用。
余额退款最底申请数额为RM5,少于RM5的余额都无法进行退款至银行户口,所以将把余额存放在您的会员账号里,以供下次购物时使用。
退款内容: 银行户口人名称 | 银行户口号码 | 银行名称 | 退款数额
从2009年12月14号开始,所有余额不再连同包裹一起寄回给客户们了,基于我们需要明确的退款记录给于马来西亚税务局。
退款时间2-3个工作天。
